口服液灌装机整线展示
本线由Y-GP供瓶机、Y-GX滚筒超声波洗瓶机、Y-GS液体灌装加塞机及Y-GZ轧盖机组成，能自动完成理瓶、输瓶、洗瓶、灌装上塞、理盖、上盖、轧盖封口等工序，*符合GMP要求。组成联动线的设备亦可单独使用。
糖浆灌装机主要性能特点
- 控制系统灵敏，性能稳定，操作便捷；sensitive control system, stable performance, and easy operation
- 连续进出瓶方式，无挤瓶、倒瓶现象；continuously bottle feeding and out- feeding, no bottle jam, no bottle fallen
- 灌装机配有计量泵微调装置，计量精度高，调节方便；fine adjustment for filling pump, high filling accuracy, easy adjust
- 星型转盘更换快捷，操作简单；star-wheel can be changed easily, simple operation
- 封盖头（旋盖头或轧盖头）可任意更换，以适应不同瓶盖（塑料盖或铝盖）；capping head can be changed to fit plastic or aluminum, or other different type of cap
- 封盖头高度可调，以适应不同高度瓶子；capping head’s height can be adjusted to treat different bottle from short to long
- 所有与瓶子及药液接触部分均采用高品质AISI304或AISI316不锈钢及其他FDA许可的材料制造，符合GMP要求。All the part contact with bottle or medicine liquid is made of SS AISI304 or SS AISI316, or the material comply with FDA, and GMP.
1、Y-GP供瓶机Bottle feeding machine
本机由理瓶盘、输瓶轨道组成，将瓶子自动排列，单轨送入主机，在流水线中起储存、缓冲、转向作用。This machine is composed of turn table, bottle transfer channel, the machine order the bottle in one line, and delivery it to the washing machine. This machine can store the bottle, buffering the bottle, and change the bottle flow direction.
