本联动线设计由Y -CP供瓶机,Y -CS灌装加塞机,Y-XZ轧盖机,Y-TB贴标机组成,可完成理瓶,供瓶，灌装，上塞，上盖，轧盖,贴标等工序。

自动理瓶- -灌装- +加塞- →压塞→上盖- 轧盖- + 贴标一+送入下道工艺。装量精准,无滴漏,不起泡,不飞溅。运行稳定,噪音小,破平率低,成品合格率高。封盖头高度可调,以适应不同高度瓶子;贴标精准，标纸高度可根据瓶子高度调整。
